House of Nehaa – Return & Refund Policy

At House of Nehaa, most of the products are hand crafted by talented Indian artisans. Since each piece is crafted by hand, minor imperfections may be present which add to the charm and authenticity. 

1. Return Window & Cancellation

  • You have 4 working days from the date of delivery to request a return. No returns are accepted after this period.

  • Order cancellations are not permitted once the order has shipped—please double-check before placing an order.

2. How to Request a Return 

  • Contact us at houseofnehaa@gmail.com within the 4‑day window, sharing your order ID, photo of product, reason for return, and a short unboxing video (needed for validation). 

  • Requests made after a 4- day window will not be accepted. 

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. 

  • Products purchased through third party platforms or physical stores are ineligible for exchange or return.

  • Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted. Inboxing video is a must. 

  • Refunds are available for lost shipments. 

  • Pre ordered , sale products, used products can’t be returned.

3. Return Eligibility

  • Return / Refund is only possible if 

  • a)Delivered product(s) is not the same as what you ordered.

  •  b)Product is damaged. Unboxing video is a must. 

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags/barcodes intact.

  • Combo or gift-set pieces cannot be returned or exchanged individually.

  • Items bought during promotions, sales, clearance, or special schemes (e.g., bundle offers, pre orders) are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refund & Credit

  • We do not issue cash refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit vouchers, valid for two months from the date of issue.

  • A flat reverse-shipping charge of ₹80 will be deducted from the credit once we collect and accept the item. 

  • Refunds will not be provided if an incorrect or outdated address is provided. 

  • Refunds are not issued after three failed delivery attempts by our courier partners.  

  • In case a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded, shipping charges are non refundable.

5. Exchanges & Credits

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Exchanges are not typically allowed, and refunds are not provided if you simply dislike the product(s). In exceptional cases, we may permit exchanges, but customers are responsible for pickup and re-shipping charges of ₹249 (within India). 

  • All exchanges and refunds are processed at the order level, not per item.

  • Store credit can be used to shop new items later—within 2 months.

  • Credits are not valid for sale/promotional items or partial returns of combo sets. 

  • To request an exchange, please contact us at houseofnehaa@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with order number and product image.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Unboxing video is a must.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a free pickup, and issue replacement or store credit or refund (if replacement isn’t possible), at no additional cost.

7. How Returns Are Processed

  1. Request return within 4 working days, with video validation.

  2. We arrange pickup (₹80 shipping fee deducted).

  3. After quality inspection on return arrival, store credit is issued via email.

  4. Credit can be redeemed on a future purchase.

8. Additional Terms

  • Shipping cost for returns, except in cases of verified defects or wrong items, is borne by the customer.

  • Sale or promotional items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns if items show wear, damage, missing tags, or are not in perfect condition.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, national emergencies, or unavoidable circumstances.
