- You have 4 working days from the date of delivery to request a return. No returns are accepted after this period.

- Contact us at houseofnehaa@gmail.com within the 4‑day window, sharing your order ID, photo of product, reason for return, and a short unboxing video (needed for validation).
- Requests made after a 4- day window will not be accepted.
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Products purchased through third party platforms or physical stores are ineligible for exchange or return.
- Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted. Inboxing video is a must.
- Refunds are available for lost shipments.
- Pre ordered , sale products, used products can’t be returned.
